Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. It is important to us that out customers are satisfied and love their planters as much as we do. Should you find it necessary to return your planter, please ensure that it is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at julie@florastyle.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Any shipping paid during purchase will not be refunded.

Please note that where holes have been requested, a 10% handling fee is charged on returned pots as they are not suitable for resale to all customers.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

10 Year Warranty from Japi

Below are the factory's conditions for the 10 year warranty. Florastyle will assist customers in this regard:

JAPI warrants its products against manufacturing defects, under normal use, for a period of 10 years from the date of retail purchase by the end-user purchaser. Products installed for public use will have a 5 year warranty. Any defect of this nature should be reported directly to JAPI using a document (photo, video) and the purchase invoice of the product, by mailing pottery@japi.com.br. If the notification is made within the warranty period and given as valid, at JAPI’s criteria and to the extent permitted by law, JAPI will (1)repair the product at no charge; or (2)replace the product by an equivalent one; or (3)refund the product’s purchase price as in the purchase date. JAPI is not responsible for defects caused by misuse.

Please note the conditions of use and cleaning in the product’s manual, as follow:

JAPI is not responsible for defects caused by misuse, damage caused by excessive plant growth or lack of cleaning 
or inadequate cleaning. If cleaning is necessary, use soap or neutral detergent, sponge and water (do not use steel
wool or abrasive or corrosive substances).
